Meta Summer Academy

The Meta Summer Academy offers students a chance to experience the daily operations of one of the world's top social media companies by working alongside a dynamic team. Participants will gain hands-on coding experience, explore various career paths, and develop essential soft skills that can pave the way for successful careers. The program aims to inspire and empower young people to achieve economic success, stability, and mobility through skill development and early exposure to careers in the tech industry. Now in its thirteenth year, the Meta Summer Academy has already provided meaningful summer opportunities to over 200 high school students. *Admission cycle begins in early December 2024 for Summer 2025.

Students will learn coding, explore careers, and develop soft skills that will help propel them into successful careers.

The program is available to ONLY current high school sophomores. Students will receive a stipend upon successful completion of the six-week program.

Submit a current transcript, must include first semester grades from sophomore year*

Recommendation Form from a teacher, counselor, school official, or community leader. Only one is required.
